An ancient technique to naturally remove hair without any chemical. Historically it was coined in Asia. Nowadays it has gained fame in Western countries. It is a part of cosmetic application especially for shaping eyebrows. It gives more control over the shape. A row of hairs are being removed in one go. This process is also called epilation. We use thin treated cotton string doubled twisted for threading. We roll over the unwanted hairs and pluck them at the follicle level. Threading gives more precise control in shaping eyebrows instead of waxing. Even threading is gentler to the skin as compared to waxing. Waxing is prone to skin burning, allergy and irritation. In some cases waxing is hazardous in comparison with threading.
